01 / Context

A local taxi company in a digital market

Taxi Ruf Giengen serves riders in and around Giengen. Like most local taxi businesses, its bookings historically arrived by phone — a channel that works, but ties every request to someone picking up, writing down, and relaying details by hand.

The company wanted a web presence that could take booking requests directly, present its services clearly, and give riders a modern first impression of the business.

02 / Challenge

Make booking effortless without breaking operations

A taxi booking flow has no room for friction: riders arrive with one goal, often on a phone, sometimes in a hurry. Every extra field or unclear step loses requests.

At the same time, the platform had to fit the company's real operations — service areas, vehicle options, and the way requests actually reach the team — rather than forcing a generic template onto them.

And as a local business, visibility mattered: the platform needed a technical foundation that search engines could properly read and rank.

03 / Approach

Start from the rider's job, build on solid engineering

We began with the booking journey itself: what a rider needs to provide, in what order, and where confusion or drop-off was likely. That flow drove the structure of the platform rather than the other way around.

The build followed EboSoft's standard engineering discipline — server-rendered pages for speed and search visibility, a type-safe codebase, and a component structure the company can extend later without a rewrite.

04 / Solution

A focused platform for a focused job

The delivered platform presents Taxi Ruf Giengen's services and lets riders submit booking requests through a clear, mobile-first flow.

It is fast, works across devices, and is structured so search engines index it correctly — the foundation for the company's local search presence.

The project is public and in operation.
